Orders
An order is an offer, not a completed contract. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline an order and refund you in full, for example if an item cannot be printed or the price was listed in error.
Every item is printed after you order it. You can cancel within 24 hours by email. After that the Returns & Refunds terms apply.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping is added at checkout under the rules on the Shipping page.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you check out.
Delivery
We ship to United States addresses only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its transit time is outside our control.
Artwork and trade marks
All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or print them without written consent.
Using the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to break the law. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Limits on our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes any right you have under US consumer law that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
