Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. This covers both tees and dresses. We pay the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How to return something

Email Support@mknmultimedia.com with your order number and which item you are sending back.
We email you a prepaid return label.
Put the item in any padded envelope or box and attach the label.
Drop it off. We refund you once it reaches us.

Do not post anything back before you email us. Parcels sent without a label from us cannot be traced to your order.

Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we replace it free. Email the photo within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to send the original back, and you are not charged again.

Exchanges

Dresses: we can exchange for a different size of the same dress while that size is available. Email us before sending anything back.
Graphic tees: each tee is printed to order, so we do not swap directly. Return the original for a full refund and place a new order.

We pay the return postage either way.

Your refund

We refund the full price you paid for the item. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to deduct. We issue the refund within 7 business days of your parcel reaching us, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank then decides how soon it shows on your statement.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 24 hours and we cancel it for a full refund. After that, your order has usually started processing and the return process above applies instead.
