Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. We pay the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How to return something

Email Support@mknmultimedia.com with your order number and which item you are sending back.
We email you a prepaid return label.
Put the item in any padded envelope or box and attach the label.
Drop it off. We refund you once it reaches us.

Do not post anything back before you email us. Parcels sent without a label from us cannot be traced to your order.

Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with the label still attached.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we reprint it free. Email the photo within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to send the original back, and you are not charged again.

A different size or design

Return the original for a full refund, then place a new order. We do not swap items directly, because each shirt is printed to order.

Your refund

We refund the full price you paid for the item, including the original shipping charge. It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how soon it shows on your statement.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 24 hours and we cancel it for a full refund. After that, printing has usually started and the return process above applies instead.
